Hello! I’m Kirstie, founder of Beautiful You Sussex. I have been in the beauty & holistic industry since 1997 & I am just as passionate about helping people feel relaxed, restored & confident in themselves as I was then.
Beautiful You is a cosy, private treatment room where you’ll find a calm, welcoming space to unwind.
I offer a wide range of services including various massage treatments, facials, hand & foot treatments, reflexology, reiki as well as lash, brow & waxing services.
Over the years I have worked in hotels, spas & salons, expanding my knowledge & gaining invaluable experience, but nothing compares to running my own practice, it allows me the time & freedom to give each client the personal attention & care they deserve.
My approach is intuitive & nurturing, focussed on creating a genuine sense of well-being, helping you leave calm, balanced & refreshed.
Whether you are looking to simply take time for yourself to relax & recharge or to restore function & mobility, you will be met with a warm welcome.
In collaboration with other experienced therapist, I offer workshops & spa days either from the comfort of your own home or holiday retreat or at The Studio, a beautiful, tranquil space of my friend & colleague therapist.
When I am not working, I find peace when I am out walking - preferably up hills or wandering deep in the woods. Yoga is my go to for grounding, calming & regain my focus. And when its time to rest, you’ll usually find me curled up with a good book & one of my beloved labradors!
